Our previous customer discounts and early bird discounts are only available online and through the mail. These discounts do not apply to phone orders.

The reason for this is the same reason that you get a person in India when you call for technical support for almost any large company, labor costs are very expensive. On the average, our staff processes 25 - 35 internet or mail orders per hour, but can only  process 10- 12 phone orders per hour. The more phone orders we receive, the more staff we require to process your order, and since we are a very seasonal business, finding qualified staff for a very short period of time is costly and difficult.

We are happy to take your phone order, but as it costs us considerably more to do so, we can't offer discounts on phone orders at this time.
