All of our orders are processed and will normally ship on the next business day from when they are received..
Due to the increasing cost of shipping, we use different shipping methods depending on the weight of the shipment. Packages weighing 2 pounds or less, will ship via Priority Mail (3-5 days). Most packages weighing over 2 pounds will be shipped via FedEx Ground (5-7 days). Click here to see a shipping weight chart for our products.
Personal kits are shipped in a hard document mailer by First Class U.S. mail ( 4-6 days )

Priority Mail - Advertises 2-3 day delivery, but has no tracking or time guarantee. We allow 1 full week for delivery, but it usually takes about 3-5 days.

FedEx Ground - Advertises 2-5 business days for delivery. We allow 5-7 business days.
