Explain The Different Sizes
Draft Kits come in 3 different sizes:
- Regular Size - 1 X 4 inch labels and up to a 4 X 6 ft Draft Board
This is the perfect size for most leagues. This kit has the complete set of 1x4 inch pre-printed player labels and up to a 4 x 6 foot draft board.
This is the perfect size for most living rooms, basements, garages, conference rooms, restaurants, or bars. The regular size kits come with your choice of a 8, 10, 12, or 16 team draft board to fit your leagues' needs. - Jumbo Size - 2 X 8 inch labels and up to a 12 ft Draft Board
The Jumbo size Draft Kit is the Monster of all Draft Kits. This is the biggest Draft Kit available anywhere. The Jumbo size kit comes with the complete set of 2 X 8 inch pre-printed player labels and a 4 ft. X 12 ft. draft board that holds 14 teams and 20 rounds. - Personal Size - .5 X 1.75 inch labels and a 2 X 2.5 ft Draft Board
The Personal size Draft Kit is perfect for small drafts where everyone will be sitting around a table or for online drafts where you want something to keep in front of you on your desk. The Personal size kit comes with the complete set of 1/2 X 1 3/4 inch pre-printed player labels and a 2 ft. X 2 1/2 ft. draft board that holds 14 teams and 32 rounds.
The size of the Draft Kit refers to the size of the labels, which also determines how big the draft board must be to hold the labels.
Since the labels are what you read, the size of the labels is the only important dimension. It would be silly to have a 12 foot draft board with 1 x 4 inch labels, you would just have a lot of open and wasted space.
The bigger the labels are, the larger the type and font can be and the easier it is to read from across the room.
