As a general rule, orders placed before the following times will ship the same day: |

| Standard / Free Shipping orders - 2 PM Most standard orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail which is picked up by our carrier around 3:00PM. |

Most standard / free shipping Draft Kit packages will ship via USPS Ground Advantage which is
advertised at 3-6 business day delivery, but since it is not guaranteed, we must
allow up to 1 week
for delivery even though most shipments are delivered within 3-4 days. We are located on the East coast, so western states will be towards the maximum delivery time.
Since our "Free Shipping" is a Ground service, there will now be a surcharge / required upgrade for all orders to HI, AK, and PR. This is due to the delivery time to these areas which can go up to 10-12 days according USPS.
Free shipping orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage have the option to upgrade to Priority Shipping which would be delivered in 2-3 days.
Larger orders and all larger trophies will ship via USPS Ground Advantage or FedEx Ground.

Personal kits are also shipped by Ground Advantage U.S. mail ( 3-5 days )
Shipment Information - You will receive a email when your items ship that will include your tracking number. You can click on your tracking number to track your package. You will also receive emails when your package is out for delivery as well as when it is delivered. If you don't see these emails when you are expecting them, please check your SPAM folders.
Tracking Your Shipment - To track your shipment, you can use the tracking email that was sent to you, or you can login to your account, locate your order and click VIEW DETAILS the tracking info and link will be there.

If your draft is less than 1 full week from
the day ordered (Monday - Monday),
Highly Advise that you use Express Delivery.
We
will not be responsible and no refunds will be given, for orders
that do not arrive on time if you do not choose the proper shipping method following our guidelines.
Customized trophies can not ship via Express Services.

Delivery Times
USPS Ground Advantage (Replaced 1st Class Mail) - 3-6 business days. Since this is a ground service the further away from NC, the longer it will take. Western States can expect almost 5-6 days
Priority Mail - Advertised for 2-3 day delivery, but IS NOT guaranteed. We allow 1 full week for delivery.
FedEx Ground - Advertised 2-5 business days for delivery. We allow 5-7 business days. Your package will ship from North Carolina.
